Good question! apartment in Ukraine...

So, I am wondering something... When you rent an apartment in Ukraine... I know you need to pay the rent by the week, what I am wondering about is, are the water and electricity included ? Good question.
Also, I know that January 7th is Christmas in Ukraine, so the way I see it, we will probably know the date start of January and leave after the Ukraine Holidays. It gives me time to found out.
